About Us
We Develop, Manufacture and Distribute High-quality, Organic Briquettes to Regional Markets.
Our Vision
To be the regional center of excellence to innovative, high-quality, organic briquettes.
Our Mission
Our mission is to establish long-term relationships with our customers, constantly improve the standard of our products and maintaining our competitive advantage through being constantly innovative.
We create eco-friendly & smoke free briquettes
We established a social enterprise with a factory to mass-produce sugarcane bagasse briquettes (SBB). Unlike most small-scale and appropriate technologies so far, we are taking an industrial approach to deliver greater, measurable, and tangible impact.
Our Values
- Quality: To meet user expectation on Cost, Healthy and Value
- Innovation: Continuously innovate to meet user and environmental responsiveness
- People: Grow skills of local talent with a focus to the female and youth vulnerable groups
- Environment: Eco- and People Friendliness – Sustainability – CSR
Our briquette production process
Our factory technology used typically involves the use of a carbonization kiln, which is a large furnace designed to heat the sugarcane bagasse to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. The kiln is usually made of refractory materials, such as bricks and mortar, to withstand the high temperatures.
-
Step 1
The sugarcane bagasse is fed into the kiln through a hopper at one end, and a heating element, such as a gas burner, is used to provide the heat needed for carbonization. The bagasse is slowly heated to a temperature of around 400-500 degrees Celsius, which causes the organic compounds in the bagasse to break down into charcoal and other gases.
-
Step 2
The charcoal produced in the kiln is then cooled and crushed into fine particles using a hammer mill or similar machine. The charcoal is then mixed with a binder, such as a starch solution or molasses, to form a paste. The paste is then extruded into briquettes of the desired shape and size using a briquette press.
-
Step 3
The briquettes are then dried to remove any excess moisture and packaged for distribution. The factory technology used in the process of making briquettes from sugarcane bagasse involves several steps, we use specialized equipment and skilled personnel to operate the machinery safely and efficiently.

Since 2020, we have led innovation to mass-produce sugarcane bagasse briquettes
