About the Job
As demand for clean, affordable, and high-performance briquettes continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for 4 energetic Business Development Specialists who are ready to build markets, close deals, and grow with us.
This is not a routine sales job. It is an opportunity to be part of a mission that is improving cooking energy while building one of the most exciting clean fuel brands in the region.
Our Key Market Segments
-Traders and wholesale distributors
-Institutional clients (schools, prisons, hospitals)
-HORECA – Hotels, Restaurants & Catering businesses
-Modern Trade / Supermarkets
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
-Are highly energetic and target driven
-Understand field sales and market expansion
-Can build relationships with distributors and institutional buyers
-Are familiar with the clean cooking sector or ready to learn quickly
-Are comfortable working in Kampala and across regional markets
What You Will Do
-Identify and onboard new distributors and key accounts
-Drive sales across institutional and commercial segments
-Manage client relationships and repeat orders
-Represent GBIL in market activations and demonstrations
-Deliver measurable revenue growth across all sales verticals mentioned above.
